Refund and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

At UnQue, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth scheduling process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any charges.
  2. Cancellation Fees:
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the Booking Fees.
    • "No-show" appointments will be charged 100% of the booking cost.
  3. Late Arrivals: You are encouraged to arrive on time. If you arrive more than 9 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to the next available slot without any extra charge. If the slot is already booked or you are unwilling to show up at the next available slot then Cancellation process shall be initiated.
  4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 6 working hours in advance.
  5. No fees/charges shall be levied if the Cancellation and/or Rescheduling by the Salon.

Refund Policy

At UnQue, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have established the following refund policy regarding our services:

  1. Service Satisfaction: We do not offer refunds for services rendered by Salons. However, if you are not satisfied with services, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments at no additional cost.
  2. Any amount deducted due to technical glitch or network problem, shall be reversed to the original payment method within specified timeline.
  3. Refund Process: All refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 4 business days to reflect in your account.
